Sorry but can'tfind "Contact us" and I paid too much

This month I received email that membership was about to expire. So I renewed as I want to be supporting member.

However, today I received notification that my autamated withdrawl for membership had processed.

So I have paid twice and do not wish to be that much a "supporting Member"

How do get reimbursed and why do I get message to renew if I am setup for auto-renew.

The board software sends out the renewal message. Paypal has it's own auto-renew feature that doesn't communicate with the board software.

The best thing to do is to send a PM to MEMBERSHIP. He'll get you taken care of.

I had the same situation happen to me... twice.. :speepin:

Once membership credited my paypal account.. the second time i just let it add a year to my membership.

Turn off the auto payment at Paypal.
