If you leave early enough you can make it in a day easy. The longest part seems to be the road off I70 south to Moab. I've done a couple of runs to denver in a day.
Go as fast as the Semis, eat and drink on the run and stop only for gas and you'll make it easy.
Close your eye's going thru Vegas. I have a hard time doing this without hitting someone so the lure of easy money, cheap drinks and wahines pull me in.
