Wonder the same - have seen that one (pre-97 with 32 or 33" tires and about 5" lift) in my area as well. I think they're off Lantern/Kensington, and it appears to be a DCHS Football sticker in the back winder...

guy in the one I saw today was young, 20-23. Dunno who it could be. Was in the GF's car so....

The kid I know drives a 87-89, lives up here in Founders and it's grey...sounds like a different dude.
