So it continues.
I had heater core problems start popping up after a T-stat blew last winter. As predicted in this post the radiator might have a leak.

Well T-stat was swapped working fine. Heater core cleaned out working fine. Whole cooling system cleaned out and working fine. Well a few weeks go buy with everything working fine and then I noticed a puddle under the jeep in the garage. I sniff it and antifreeze but it wasn’t strong smelling. Pooped the hood and with a flash light checked for leaks while running didn’t notice anything or smell anything. Well I get out of the jeep the other night and hear a bubbling so I get a light and can now see the wet spot in the radiator on the lower passenger side of the radiator. Now I’m looking at having to get that swapped out.
O on top of that last week the brakes started grabbing a bit more and pulling so I swing by the checker and grab some pads. Get home clean up the garage to do the brakes and man that driver side rotor is TORN up. To late to get rotors they’re closed. A guy here at the shop ended up having a brand new set he never used after going to a D44 upfront so he just gave them to me. I got those home cleaned up and wow the driver side pad was GONE and the rotor was trashed even worse than I thought at first. Also added a brand new interstate battery to it. Two months back. This thing has 96k miles on it and most of it’s all original parts so it’s hard to be upset with the performance and good life out of it. Gen maintenance is always a good thing.
Outside of a new front windshield needed for it. It’s going to be hard to let go as a trade in or sale.
