the low rider clubs / blogs or something? ;)

Anyone up for a ride? I'm thinking about Big Bend or PINS for a long weekend.

Any takers they are both fun :) Long way for everybody but hey we live in Texas... "It's a whole other World" :)

Na, we all sold our xjsand bought xterras.

The only possible weekend I have is the first weekend in June, but that is only a possibility, nothing for me in July since we will be on baby watch. I was going to start a thread about the possibility of the k trail or ozarks in September, but I don't know if that os a good time for those places.

Patrick, the Ozarks would be fun too! I'd advise you join the Facebook group OverlandGuild and seek assistance from Jayston. Heck he'd probably lead us if we had enough interest.

I'm even contemplateing PINS for Memorial Day weekend. Did it last year but the traffic back home was terrible :(

Deleted for stupidity *

Looks like ohv is prohibited at both, are we talking just a camping thing or what?

Dan not sure what you are referring to. At (PINS) Padre Island North Shore there is 60 miles of 4x4 driving and camping. Big Bend National park has High Clearance back roads and remote camping but Big Bend State Park has everything remoteness was meant to be... just no facilities ;)

K-Trail is camping and 90% off road???

What are the costs associated with PINS? I see a vehicle fee. Is that it?

Just what I could find with a quick google, I'd be down for a fun ride and camp though, just a matter of when where and how much

Will, I think it's a $4 day fee but not sure... I buy the annual for $20 each year. I don't lately get my money's worth but it goes to a good cause. Those rangers down there work as hard as anywhere!!!!

Ass disco here, come with the LR guys and non LR guys!

Hey Roger,
I know its short notice, but I'm heading down to Surfside for the weekend. I'm taking the Jeep, kayak, and fishing pole.

Blenny, I'm guess this is close enough to home to drag you out for a few hours?

Anybody in Waco area today... Jeep Junkies club is having their Meet n Greet starting at 11:00 at Georges in Hewitt. Going to wheel on some private land later.

You beach bunnies have fun... let's see some pics!!!
