Im Bill. I was registered a while back when I had an XJ, but I ended getting into a nasty roll over..... Into the Arkansas River... Right now, I dont own a Cherokee, but Im looking into getting another XJ or mabe a ZJ (check my other thread in fo sale/wanted section). Right now what Im driving is a stock 2003 Nissan 350Z and a pretty well worked 1994 Pontiac Trans Am. I currently wrestle for Colorado State-Pueblo, majoring in Automotive. Im not to sure what else to put

Welcome aboard!

I looked at ZJs before my Mrs picked out an XJ. From what I've heard and read, her preference for the "smaller" vehicle has saved me a ton of money.

What kind of use are you planning with your next heep?

Stock XJs respond well to simple and cheap mods. I've been happy with the first one, but, they are like warts, they seem to multiply and spread...

I would think the one real benefit of the Grand would be the big V-8, especially on a DD with larger than stock tires. Might not have to worry as much about the gear ratio, especially on the highway. Oh and that nice V-8 rumble, other than that though I prefer the XJ for simplicity.

Haha nothing wrong with the Ark Valley, even though Ive only lived here and Pueblo

Nah, nothing wrong at all. In fact I miss being able to drive a mile or so out of town and shoot, or just easily get away from people. However after living in the big city for the past 4 years, it pains me to have to go back to the Valley when visiting family (not the visiting family part, just the small town, lol). I just enjoy the access to different things, and being near the mountains.

V8's are over rated.

Welcome!!

Stop it Frank................ You made me laugh so hard I nearly pissed my pants!! :roflmao:
