We're officially on the roll call for the Silver State 300 and in the meantime we're taking the couple weeks we have to upgrade the car.
I'll post some images once we get started on the neat stuff, but here's a list of what's being done.
1. New LED Light Bars - two 50" roof bars, three 18" front bumper bars
2. Siren - If you're desert racing, its just the way to go.
3. Swaybar Repair - Apparently we stripped the splines out of the arms on our currie swaybar
4. PS Cooler - Overflows under heat expansion.
We're doing some other regular maintenance before the race as well, like ball joints and fresh batteries in flashlights, but not much else worth mentioning. Other than a flat tire, the car underwent a pretty clean race and there's nothing to fix really.
I personally won't be out there, I am racing locally at the Oregon Trail Rally, so wish the rest of the team good luck at the SS300!
