Sierra Fest Event sponsors 2020 - looking for help

Do you know someone at an offroad shop or fabrication company , someone that works for a distributor for auto parts, offered parts, camping gear, tools , or something related to wheeling and off-roading ?

If so, Reach out to me if you are interested in helping us bring on more sponsors for SierraFest 2020 this year. We are working hard but Cold calling and filling our forms is not as effective as knowing someone in the business.

I don't have any friends in the industry, but if I was a supplier being hit up for sponsorship a few things come to mind. Just thinking out loud here, you don't have to answer these questions.

As a supplier, what's in it for me? In other words, what's our (the Sierra Chapter group) "value proposition"?
How will my company name get disseminated or advertised within your group?
What kind of exposure will I get? (What's the Sierra Chapter membership numbers, national membership numbers, how active are they, how many events per year, how many typically show up to events? etc.)
How is the raffle money spent? (donations to off-road interest groups, BBQ's for campgrounds/forest service, etc). I would highlight the funding to off-road interest groups.
Wherever and whenever we buy off-road gear we should be mentioning Naxja so if/when we do solicit them for sponsorship they may remember the name.

yeah we have all of our sponsorship documents written up with different sponsorship levels listen out all of the benefits in each tier, below is copy and pasted from the Body of our sponsorship information packet the actual hand over looks cleaner but copying into looks messy:

Sponsor – 25$ to $250.00 (10 spots available)
• Your company will be referenced in all print communications
• Logo will be placed on the commemorative T-shirt given to each jeeper
• Logo and link will be placed on our Forums/FB//FB group/Instagram and cross posted to other groups
Support Sponsor – 300$ to $450.00 (4 spots available)
• Your company will be referenced in all print communications

• 10 x 10 display area Saturday night BBQ /Raffle as well as Weds-Sun at Hermit Valley if desired

Premier Sponsor - $500-750$ (4 spots available)
• Your company will be referenced in all print communications
• Logo will be placed on the commemorative T-shirt given to each Jeeper
• Logo and link will be placed on our Forums/FB/FB group/Instagram and cross posted to other groups
• Your flyers/advertisements/marketing materials will be placed the welcome packets
• 1 event registration to use at your discretion and additional +5 BBQ for Hermit valley
• 10 x 10 display area Saturday night BBQ /Raffle as well as Weds-Sun at Hermit Valley if desired

BBQ and Raffle Sponsor - $1000.00 (1 spot available)
• Sierra Fest 2020 BBQ and Raffle on Saturday will presented by “ Your name here” with a Banner at the event with your name
• All print references will include your logo
• Logo and link will be placed on the Sierra Chapter , Sierra Fest Sub Forum within , and Sierra Chapter Facebook group /Instagram and cross posted to other groups
• Your logo will have preferred placement on the commemorative T-shirt
• Your flyers/advertisements/marketing materials will be placed inside each welcome packet
• 2 event registrations to use at your discretion +5 BBQ
• VIP treatment
o Preferred start position for the trail runs
o Preference at the Saturday night BBQ
o 10 x 10 display area at Hermit Valley Saturday night Aug 15th at the raffle, adjacent to our registration table, for your business and also available to setup Display anytime Wednesday Aug 12th through Aug 15th
Taco Tuesday at Rubicon Springs Sponsor Aug 11th - $750.00 (1 spot available)
• Sierra Fest 2020 Taco Tuesday will presented by “ Your name here” with a Banner at the event with your name at Taco Tuesday in Rubicon Springs Aug 11th
• All print references will include your logo
• Logo and link will be placed on the Sierra Chapter , Sierra Fest Sub Forum within , and Sierra Chapter Facebook group /Instagram and cross posted to other groups
• Your logo will have preferred placement on the commemorative T-shirt
• Your flyers/advertisements/marketing materials will be placed inside each welcome packet
• 2 event registrations to use at your discretion +4 BBQ entries for Hermit valley and +10 Taco Tues
• VIP treatment
o Preferred start position for the trail runs
o Preference at the Saturday night BBQ
o 10 x 10 display area at Hermit Valley Saturday night Aug 15th at the raffle, adjacent to our registration table, for your business and also available to setup Display anytime Wednesday Aug 12th through Aug 15th
• Taco Tuesday sponsorship requires partial Check and/or merchandise to fund the purchase of Food Supplies to wheel into Rubicon Springs

The “Fine Print”
Sponsorship levels can be paid by physical merchandise (retail value), gift certificates or check. We can also take discount codes as well. As far as donations , we prefer Parts or gift certificates for the Main event Raffle at hermit valley since we donate the proceeds of the Raffle to land use organizations each year. In the past we have donated to FOF, FOTR, RTF, BRC, and Fresno 4x4. Partial check to cover other event costs is also fine if you do not want to donate merchandise.

Deadline to submit logo for shirt artwork is June 15th, 2020
Please fill out the Sponsor Response form and return it to our sponsor committee, completed forms can be picked up or emailed.
