Yep... just voted on that actually.

Some of the other things they suggested are good ideas too, but I look at the billions before the millions every time. I don't see a reason to waste time nickle and diming when there is a chance of instant success on something orders of magnitude larger.

Sure sell the excess land. If the gov't sells it they can always get it back through emminent domain.
