I did some research into this swap a while ago. Sanderson, Hooker, and Patriot all make block hugger headers that should tuck inside the frame rail pretty well. They are a center dump design, so I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for or not. Also, if you get the raw steel versions, they're quite cheap. Otherwise, your best bet would be the AA manifolds. HTH.
