Shop Space for rent in the Syracuse Area - Lift, Air and others items

I have a 6000 sq ft shop that I have some space for rent if anyone is interested. The shop has a lift, air lines, blast cabinet and part washer for everyones use. Also, there is a paint booth available for use but we can discuss that at a later time. Rent is $140 per month plus utlilities $10-$15 per month. Wish I was closer to Syracuse. That's like 1/4 of what Im paynow for the little shit shop i'm in now

Im in Syracuse too and need some mods done to my XJ. Unfortunately I dont have the time,tools,or shop to get these mods done. Im wondering if youd be interested in doing the mods. Id buy the parts, drop off the XJ and pay you the labor to install. This could help you pay the rent. Heres what Im lookin to get done.Cut the existing rockers off and weld in some square tube (homebrew rock rails). Install coil spacers on front coils and shackles on rear leaf springs. SYE / driveshaft. Install new trackbar. Install front sawybar discos and remove rear swaybar.Install new shocks.
I know a lot of this stuff is really easy but Im really busy with my job new baby etc so Im more than willing to pay someone to do this for me. My XJ is my dd but I could live without it a few days at a time and drive the wifeys ride. Im not lookin to get it all done at once either. Probaly would wanna do the home brew rock rails first.Let me know what you think.
