shackels?

I have an 84 with a 3 inch lift and 32inch mud brutes what would be the best route for shackels . iwant around an inch of lift out of them, should i go scissors or just a longer set up

Find a 80's 1/2 ton pickup and get the shackle's off of it. Minor modification and they will give you the lift you want for cheep.

or some MJ shackles...

or some Chevy z71 shackles...

but personaly, I would buy either the JKS boomerang's or the Daystar Greaseable shackles.

they are purpose designed for what we are doing with them, and i have yet to hear of any failures with them...
