Just got my hands on 2 XJs and I need a good service manual preferrably on CD. The haynes manual I bought is currently being "recycled" in the reading room.
If it is a "newer" XJ you can get one from Chrysler at www.techauthory.daimlerchrysler.com for full price around 95.00 and if it is a "older XJ you can get one at www.thejeep.com for around 95.00 also. Otherwise use Ebay as already suggested
1 is a `92 and needs a tranny which I already have. #2 is a `93 and needs a front axle which I also have. Paid less than a grand for both including the parts to fix em.
I checked ebay a coupla weeks ago and didn't find anything but I'll check again. Stay tuned, more stupid questions to come I'm sure.
