Season Closing wheeling trips

who still wants to go out? I know I FOR SURE am going to reno in November. I'd really like to hit Fordyce one more time before snow too. also sprinkle in some prarie city dates as well. so I'm down to wheel pretty much any weekend just let me know where and when and lets try to give 2-3 weeks in advance (PC on short notice is fine). if anyones tryna get down with the git down, reply here

Jon Gordo Kev Patrick Allan etc lets make this the official final trip thread. or something
 
that's right on the cusp of a holiday either way you slice it. those'll be some tough dates to swing for other folks I bet but honestly I can make either weekend. I'm only taking the jeep up there once so we gotta make this trip count I hope to get at least a few people out there

we still gotta figure out how to get Jon moving again
 
The later in November the better . IM over rushing every night of the week to wrench and weld something only to do it all over again next week. I'll need some time on this one. Those weekends both work for me at the moment .
 
Ill have to check with the GF more than anything just to be 100% sure . We usually do separate family events and then hang out after.
 
November should be pretty open for me. As long as it doesn't interfere with midterms I should be good to go.

I'm down for Reno/fordyce/rubicon. Pending weather of course. Last year if I remember correctly the trails were open very very late in the season before they they were covered in snow.
 
I'd probably camp at moonrocks Saturday night to be honest. so you'd just have to find a place to stay for Friday. it would be awesome to get this group out there and run some tough shit. kevin let me know if you wanna hit Fordyce soon. grab at least 1 other person and Jon I promise I'll install some D rings. the sooner the better, that place can suck when it's cold
 
Dude it was cold that last night .althkugh camping in a windy meadow river valley did not help
 
I believe Oct. 25th myself and 93foothillcrawler and possibly his brother are going to do a day run up to the sour grass trail then up to run slick rock south to north then turn around and then north to south. Anyone interested in tagging along just pm me.
 
I could probably do a trip the weekend after Halloween. I'm fine with the cold. Just dress/pack accordingly.
