here is part of my knuckle collection:

I have both a spindle style 2wd knuckle as well as a unit bearing 2wd knuckle but it has a weird hole in the steering arm(see pic below), for my 2wd beam I used a 4wd knuckle with a stub shaft as it does not have that hole

You definitely do NOT want to run the spindle setup. The unit bearing is much much much stronger.

are you talking about the hole halfway between the upper ball joint, and the hole for the steering? im pretty sure that isnt 2wd specific...

What about running D44 outer's, would these be even stronger? I was thinking about the Reid Racing knuckles.
