I'm 15 min north of Manchester off I-24. I'm an 1 hour 15 min from I-40 and 30 min from McMinnville.

See I thought you were closer to Knoxville. The guy that runs the office in Mc Minnville just got his son a YJ. He and I were talking about a trip to somewhere near him. I told him to check out NAXJA even though he had a yj that you guys just liked to wheel. I was thinking most of you were in Nashville. Well I'm looking at trying to pop over there, it's 2.5 hours for me, i fyou want to stay over night let me know. I have a free place to stay not far from Andy. ;)

Unfortunately this will be a full day trip to Andy's and back home. Wife is giving me some grief for being gone the entire day so.......
 
No road trippin for me, ex wants to come by and get some stuff....wasn't aware there was anything left.
 
Departure time will be 5am central from Bradyville, TN.
 
I gotta pick up Mark so my day will start at 3 am.

Glad to hear. I helped a guy get a jeep from Lexington to Sumpter. Sorry I missed you Ed and Mark. Maybe next time.
 
3am to 9pm. That is a long drive but it was a nice, sunny day. South Carolina is beautiful state.

We arrived and met Andy and April and their two girls. It's always a great thing to meet NAXJA SEC peeps and we had a great time visiting and looking at my new purchase. We then went to eat Mexican in the town of Abbeville. Good call on the Mexican guys! And I didn't smoke Mark out on the way home, haha. We visited for a while and then headed for home. April distracted us while Andy paid for our meal. Thanks for lunch! You didn't have to do that, but it is greatly appreciated.

We made a pit stop at Tyler's to drop off some more parts for Mark's D44 front end. We got a chance to see Tyler's new Dodge, Mark's axle and some other cool goodies he has been building for some customers rigs.

The new D30 made it into my shop so all is well. Andy was great to deal with and I appreciate his flexibility on getting it picked up almost a month after I bought it. Thank you for that, Andy.

Had a great time yesterday.
 
Glad to hear ya'll had a good trip. I know what you mean about it being a long day...my dad and I drove from Greensboro to north of Nashville and back in 1 day a couple of months ago. 18 hours on the road is a long haul!

Maybe next time you make it down sorta this way we can meet up. If not, there's always the crawl!

She didn't distract you! lol You just weren't paying attention and Mark was gone to the bathroom.

How far is Tyler's place from here? Most of the way back that way isn't it?

Glad you had a good trip. I really hope you're going to be satisfied with that axle. It's been really good to me I just figured it was time to upgrade and I couldn't pass up the deal.

It was a long ride but the drive took us through some beautiful countryside. We crossed into South Carolina and I said "You know what, I've never been to South Carolina", after a short pause, Ed said "Me neither". It was a Great day!!!

Funny thing was there was no sign at the GA/SC state line welcoming us SC.
