Just put the rusty's 3" on there (250) cut the fenderwells (free) and add TJ flares (100 or less). Then slap some 33s on there and be done. Thats what I did and I wheel the piss out of mine.

man you are so right! thats pretty much exactly what im thinking of doing. buyin an XJ for 800 or less hopefully, throwin a rustys (or some cheap compilation lift i rig up) on there and tires. then as i go just fix things and replace them as they brake!! but why put TJ flares on? is it a legality thing to have covered tires?
