Exactly, actually he loves my MJ, but I think that might be because it's a truck, and he has a dirt bike. But once he sees all the Jeeps on the trail spanking his ritzy Eddie Bauer he'll see the light!

If he's stuck on Eddie Bauer luxury, have him check out a Limited XJ. You get a top-notch interior and a drive train to match.

Nah, he just needed a new car fast, and that was on a lot for $1700 for a '92 and everything works, he figures he'll use it for a while and sell it for a profit in a few months. Then I can get him into an MJ, since he's looking for a truck.

A luxurious lifted station wagon that can drive over anything , What more can you ask for?

8:30? does that meen i have to get up when my alarm clock tells me to for once:laugh3:

Watever time works for everyone else up here, I don't know where i'm going.:dunno:

Yeh I have no idea how to get there from here, I think i just take 101 up to tillamook and hang a right somewhere, I think its aboutu a 3-31/2 drive for me

Well, my friend won't be able to make it. He works in sales, and Saturdays are his big money days. Oh well, at least we won't have to worry about his fancy-shmancy running boards getting hung up on something :) .

Jhughes7: Yeah you can just head up 101 and hang a right on hwy 6. Take that all the way to US 26 and head east on there to north plains. it's pretty straight forward.

As an aside, where in TSF are we going? Brown's Camp, Jordans creek, or some other top secret place?

Are you SURE it was an Exploder?

Alright I lied... The AC needs a recharge, but other then that it's been trouble free since he bought it a month ago, and yeah it say's Explorer (I should find someone who can make "Exploder" embelems for it :)), unless of course it's some goverment coverup :jester:

I will not be going. I have not gotten a new rig yet and my girlfriend isn't fond of me breaking her little 2dr XJ w/3" and 31's since she's got to drive it daily.

When I had big XJ I took the line to the right but not quite enough and took the left front tire and a portion of the rear right over the huge boulder to the right of your jeep.

That was fun having the rig teeter back and forth with the tire on top.

wouldn't you know it, check the for sale section. bahhh!
love walter.

I have been. I saw your rig and it looks nice, however your in Yakima and thats a bit of a drive for me to come and check it out. I'm looking for something more stock that I can build myself. I've been watching craigslist a ton for the last 2 months and some good stuff came up, but I'm picky and passed on it.

HEY YOU GUYS!!! I TOLD YOU SO!

Rumor is confirmed. (Bill and Ted's "EXCELLENT" Air Guitar here: :guitar: )

Our illustrious NWC President (Ecksjay) and the NWC Sec/Treasurer (that would be me) plan to come down Saturday evening (June 10th) to do some scouting.

We are going to find a place to flop Saturday night (maybe after a quick night wheeling run?) then run some trails Sunday before heading back home in the late afternoon/early Sunday evening. We're only bringing 1 rig due to the cost of fuel. Plan on taking Phil's unless some unforseen residential obstacle changes that.

Either way... Would like someone from Oregon to be our guide if possible... Anyone up for night wheeling? (maybe?) and Sunday morning?

Anybody from Oregon/Washington/Idaho/Canada (or Hans) want to convoy with us Saturday evening? We plan to roll out of Kent by about 6:00 at the latest.

Mark

I'm off at 4...and I sure hope we don't head down at late as 6. :D Criminy, it'll take us at least 4 hours to get down there. ;)

Damned Oregon...I'll still need my OHV tag since my last has expired. :D:D:D

We're going to roll into town a bit late that night...and I'll have worked/driven for a while. I personally might be up for crashing out Saturday and just meeting up Sunday.

So guys, I would like to scoot from Kent by no later than 4:30. If you want to meet at my workplace PM me and I'll send you directions. ;)
