This is a weld on it for 15" steel wheels and doesn't include bolt....this is just the 5 inner rings and 5 outter rings.

Right, one ring welds on, then the other bolts to it to clamp the tires bead in place.

great deal! I just cant justify spending the cash to have these things sit around for the next 4-6 months, otherwise they would be mine! I do know a couple of people who may be interested though, so i'll get the word out there on them....

Do they have any feature to reduce coning, or are they just flat plate? Any idea how much the hardware will set you back?

Ballistic fab has the same style listed for $50 a wheel. The bolts will probably set you back $50 or so, should be about 160? bolts and nuts to do five wheels. They are just flat plate, no coning rings. I was thinking if I used them I would weld on nuts as spacers for coning issues.
