RTI Ramp

Notice on the second pic how the bumpstop isn't even coming close to really contacting the axle pad? Is this normal? Any reason for this? Any way to correct this? Or just say it is what it is?

You might need to adjust the track bar to try and keep the axle better centered through its articulation cycle. It will always be a compromise, and cannot possible be centered in all positions, but might be improved. There also might be some other binding issues.

As far as binding issues goes we could find any. Except for the coil on the drivers side moving inboard like that everything was pretty normal. Interesting to note however that the pass side coil didn't move inboard nearly as much (when compressed the same) as the drivers side. Hmmm...

We did find out I need to trim those Rusty's flex flares though.

To be honest I wasn't going to buy it but at $150 each guy (my bud went in on it with me) I couldn't help myself. I mean seriously, you can't buy the material to make one at that price!

BTW - Boy the Wifey was extra happy when we showed up with it on the trailer. She seemed really pleased when I told her we are going to keep it in the backyard! lol
