Well, I'm no LessLimited but I should be decent at remodeling since I've worked in nearly every room in the entire house in the last year.

I am nearly finished with the nursery for our coming arrival, our daughter. I thought I'd share pics...

My favorite part, lighting embedded above the crown to provide a gently lighted atmosphere in the middle of the night. It doesn't show in the picture very well though so I included a few with different camera settings. It's not orange or red like the pics show, but soft white light...

Okay, attention whore mode off.

Shouldn't this be advanced fab?

Looks good.

Now you can get to work on the jeep.

Amen to that.

Looks great Adam... I liked that original wallpaper border though.

Me too, almost hated to see it go.

Thanks for the compliments everyone.

Awesome job, the lighting above the molding is awesome. We have a desk lamp in Logan's room, the smallest bulb I could find was 15 watts and it still wakes you up pretty good in the middle of the night.

Now, go get a bunch of dolls, toys and other stuff that hurts when you step on it, and scatter it about the room. Then you will know what it will look like in 1 1/2 - 2 years. :D

Danika........:loveu: I like it. Yours will drive a Jeep though right?

Looks very nice Adam, good work.
I really like the crown lighting. Please splain. What kind of lights did you use? We're going to add on hopefully before too long, that would be great in the master bedroom.

Heres to a smooth and painless delivery.
Best of luck to you and Muffin!

Looks good, Adam!

As I've said many times, the only difference between a professional's job and a mechanically inclined amateur's, is the amount of time it takes to make it look good.

I'm gonna guess it's rope lighting in the crown?

great job Adam.
pretty soon you won't have much time for these projects.
:rattle:

Looks great... I was hoping while looking at the first series of pictures that those were the BEFORE... I was thinking the fish border was really strange for a nursery unless you were planning on having a salmon!! :confused1

looks good. also interested in the lights. Low voltage under cabinet lighting turned upside down?
