It's from Mopar, they don't make em anymore, fits newer xj's(newer type of roof rails) and my buddy wants 50 bucks plus shipping, he paid like 80 plus shipping,

I have one too

Mine had been installed for one 400 mile trip and the wife exercised her veto power. Plus, our garage door needs to be taller. This one is perfect, and comes with the special allen key. I paid $120 for it a year ago. $60 takes it in Milwaukee. I would trade for 97+ engine skid.
