Rollover 4.0 litre startup advice needed

hopefully It starts on sun. w/otoo much trouble, but I definately have some new possibilities to consider.

I had a thing in the back of my mind about TJ's and rollovers, while there is no switch the gas tank does have TWO rollover valves located on both sides of the tank. I don't know how they work or what they do, my 97FSM does not go into detail about what it does, I see no electrical connections to them only that they look like they go to the cannister up front with hoses.
