Ripped off by Bullhide 4x4 in Fort Collins

I ordered a 3 pound part from them last week and paid cash. The deal was that I would pay shipping when it arrived. I went to pick it up today and they had the balls to tell me that the shipping was $21.57 for UPS Ground from Denver to Fort Collins. I argued with them and they still claimed that was the shipping. When I went to the UPS website, the quote was $6.82 from commercial to commercial.

Are they so hard up that they have to add nearly $15. There was never a handling fee discussed and they claimed that the total amount was for shipping.

They can keep their $15, but they will never see me darken their door again. So much for trying to support my local 4x4 businesses.

I deal with alot of buying and selling of stuff and now with gas and the cost of metal get a printed qoute at all times.

People aske me how good this price is and I have to tell them tell I hang up the phone because metal is nuts right now and with fuel charges in trucking and shipping it's all over the board.
