RIP Alexander Djordjevic

Also known by millions as the speed fanatic VR Alexander, whose videos of his juiced Carrera GT, built Corvette, and numerous other cars thrilled and entertained huge amounts of people on YouTube, and other sites.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alex several times in person through various car events and he was an outstanding individual, who initially gave me a huge amount of shit for driving a breadbox (the xB). Bounced into each other a couple times at a few other shows and talked quite a bit.

This came as a HUGE shock to me... Logged on to Streetfire videos to check for the new season of Top Gear and there was a large RIP Alexander banner at the top.

Words cannot express the pain and utter disbelief in his passing so abruptly. Aptly said by an article
..."Just as he lived his life, his passing was very fast."

Essentially he "misjudged" a corner during a sanctioned race event and rolled his Porsche 997 (always with the bloody Porsche's!) down a 150-ft embankment. He did not survive the impact.
