Replying to threads or Creating threads in Picture forum Disabled for me

I haven't been able to find anything posted about it in rules or stickies, but I am unable to replying to threads in the picture forum or create any threads in there.

You can't post in that forum unless you are a paid member. If you really find this site & club usefull. Pay up & you can post where ever you want.
