Thanks Click to expand... Sure you can remove them and put them back on. They are held on the fender by some small bolts and nuts, I think the wrench you need is 10 mm or 11 mm. Nothing to it. Rgds

Thanks Click to expand... Depending how old the vehicle is... be prepared to buy new bolts. my 88 snapped at least 4 bolts per flare.
