Well everyone, it has been a crazt time since Evans Creek. If you remember that I was putting 2 guys in Jail right after NW Fest. Here is the outcome.

Crackhead # 1 (male/male escort too)

Confinement order denied but he requested a Trial by court martial

At court martial sentenced to 30 days....

Time Served, pending chapter from Army.


Crackhead # 2

Confinement order denied, but went AWOL the Weekend of NW Fest.

8 positive Urinanalysis for every drug you can think of

Came back end of August, stayed a week, went AWOL again.

Got a call today that he was on post. Followed him w/ another that ended in a vehicle and foot chase and "apprehension" off post. During the foot chase, some Mexican dude tried stealing my Heep.(thwarted by my escort's wife)

Get back and still no confinement order, but I noticed that all of his attire is blue....HMMMMM....

A call to the MP's results in a trip to the MP station where he admits to being a full blown Crip "gangsta"

F'in puss.

Court martial is Tuesday provided he doesn't run again.









And NO I'm not making this shit up...

That came up in conversation today when my Dad mentioned that he and Mom were going to Cape Disappointment next weekend. :D

That was always the best. :D Well, that and pressure points combined with grabbing a handful of fingers and twiiiiiiisting. :wave:
 
Yes, pressure points are a longtime favourite. There's nothing like watching someone's face when you put a "guiding" hand on their shoulder or arm, and they suddenly register extreme pain when they do something stupid...

When I was younger, I had to monitor shop parking next to a bar (private) and had to deal with drunk college students all the time. Came in handy...

how about an aviation transferee? i'm goin nuts in the new unit here, they cant pull their heads out of their hind ends long enuf to figure out what is what....i had to tell an idiot today how to look up stuff in a manual.

but great job on the "wall to wall counseling":D on crackhead #2, i'm sure it felt great. i'm proud of ya....now its just too bad you cant dangle him by certain appendages from a 100 ft rope and a helo dumping him headfirst into say.....the columbia river in the middle of winter?

I had a Banner day today....

The Court martial ended in a 29 day sentence (so he couldn't get 5 days off for good behavior) and 842.00 fine

I also had a soldier (crackhead #3?) that went for a Summarized AR-15 at 1600... 14/14 and I made him call his mom and tell her what he did to get it.

She asked to talk to me and was really cool about it....even thanked me for keeping him straight.

Did I mention that I LOVE my Job?

Glad to hear there's someone else out there ridding the service of the unwanted. I just got back from visiting our local "X" dealer. He's at the brig in Bangor on pre-trial confinement. His attorney tried the typical plea bargain. . .
first time: OTH with time served. . . DENIED!
second time: General discharge with summary court marshal and 1 year confinement. . .DENIED!!
CO said "we don't deal with drug dealers" he wants to try and get 7 years. We'll see.
