Red Jeeps reincarnation

As long as I'm allowed to its still in the plans, got a tow rig and hopefully reserving a uhaul trailer. I assume since field and forest is private land having a suspended license wouldn't be an issue, but anyone know for sure?

Sorry but no can do

from the NH OHRV web page

You cannot operate any OHRV if your driver’s license is under suspension or revocation in any state or Canadian Province. An OHRV Safety Education Certificate does not override a Motor Vehicle License Suspension.

God damn it....that just ruined my week. Funny thing is that it turns out I went all the way to nacfest and back on a suspended license and didn't even know it. Guess I should have kept my mouth shut till november. This blows.

Time for a Ford Focus daily driver?

Not a bad idea. Something automatic, and painfully slow. As much as it sucks, it might not be a bad idea to put the Jeep aside for a while until you plan on moving somewhere else, since the cops seem to have it marked.

Losing your liscense for 4 years will make it very tough to get a job anywhere.

I think they mean on class vi roads and not private land.

Thanks guys, definitely going to try another vehicle for the time being, at least until the status of my license mellows out or until I move. It would make the most sense to try and find a truck to use as a tow rig/blend in a little better but we'll see what I can afford, and how long it takes for me to go insane biking into town to work a minimum wage job again. Definitely putting on fender flares if I ever want to drive the jeep in mass again. I just want to get court over with already the fact that I dont even know how long I wont have my license until october just pisses me off. I'll keep everyone updated but keeping my fingers crossed.

also think it would be worth asking the owners of F&F (spacing on his name) to double check on that law?

Don't know how I didn't notice this before but looks like its time for a traction bar/deavers!

Still can't decide on where to mount it or what to do with my crossmember though. The brackets I welded on to mount the Clayton long arms (instead of buying their crossmember) hang way too low and I'm tired of getting them caught up on rocks. Since I still need to do the 3 link I was hoping to move the lower link brackets forward and up out of the way to give it a bit more stretch/clearance. But for the upper should I try to avoid mounting it off the crossmember and tie it into the frame instead? Or will the crossmember be strong enough? I could always cut the mounts off the bottom and do everything off the frame, but that would mean stretching the front quite a bit since I'd need to push everything forward from the crossmember. But then I could mount the traction bar without worrying about it holding. Idk.

been working on friends cars for the past couple weeks, did an a4 1.8t thermostat twice and did a full brake job, my brothers 325xi thermostat, friends xj's radiator, hoses, tstat, another friends valve cover gasket, some welding, my neighbor even came up to me today and asked if I could "solder his lawnmower". Guess he snapped some metal part so might get to that this weekend.

Felt like I was neglecting red jeep so got of my ass and did stuff today.

Looks meh and probably leaks but hey stuff is stuff. Thanks again for the windows Sam!
