rebuilt engine and trans out of 89 xj

i have a complete rebuilt engine and auto trans out of 89 xj probably less than 5k on them, parting out jeep so they got to go, when i say complete it has everything alt,compressor,pullys,p/s,starter, everything asking 500 engine runs great everything works

set it upright on some tires, wood or what ever. hook the starter up to a switch. do a compression test then post up.

compression is 125-150 on all cylinders will post pics soon

If those were the results you got from a compression test then thats not good IMO. Thats a 25 psi difference. I look for a 5 psi variance when doing compression tests.
