Rear bumper with tire swing and hitch

[Trouble]

Olympic bumper tire swing and HD mount (700-154,550-154,and 707-404) with frame tie in brackets. Tire swing plate has been welded on and tire mount has been modified for a tighter fit. Need to use 3.75" backspace wheels with a 35" tire. Could use a little touch up if your picky. $330
