He'll still build it, it's just there's so many combinations of options to choose from that he decided to make it a custom item. Each one is built the way you want it.

Thanks guys I think I'm going to go with the XJ Tailbone from Detours because I don't need the rear bumper as much as just the tire carrier.

That is too cool man! Mike at C4x4 is local to me and great to deal with. I just ordered up my rear bumper from him, but I am like you and went with his bumper to be able to run the tire carrier. Might have gone this route if I had seen it first. Only problem is my bumper ends are now cut for clearance and don't look as good as the jeep on the detours page. That carrier looks real sweet though, and the flames are a nice touch.
