RE loaded/unloaded spring heights

My current RE 4.5 ZJ coils sit at 18" compressed with an ARB bull bar and no winch (yet). I was wondering what the uncompressed height is? I think I saw around 22" uncompressed posted somewhere but was unsure. What are the compressed and uncompressed lengths of the 7.5 coil? I searched and saw mention of 2" longer than the ZJ coil but am looking for precise numbers. Thanks.
