RE 7.5" springs

Ok so i finally got a winch and bumper and was wondering if those of you running the RE 7.5" springs could tell me what the accual lift of them are. I am running RK 6.5" springs now and would like to go to a stiffer spring that would keep my 6.5" of lift with the winch and bumper. The winch and bumper drop my current RK springs 1/2". I have been leaning toward the RE 5.5" springs and a 3/4" spacer.

using some shock adapters on top my shocks eye to eye are at 23"s

why dont u add another coil isloater from the factory ,it is cheapand is about 3/4 high should bring you back to ur orignal height.
