Rausch Creek Club Comp April 9th...

I'll be on the EC4x4 team with a few other old-timers from the area. Its a just for fun/bragging rights competition between 4x4 clubs from all over the NE. Should be a great time. Anyone else competing for their local club?

i did last year. its a good time.

we got second place, then later in the year the team that got first fessed up and said the scores were tallied up wrong and suddenly we were in first lol.

i'd like to do it again. perhaps next year.

So I won't be the only XJ (or MJ)-based rig in a sea of SWB's?? Look for the chopped purple XJ and come over and say Hi.

Sweet! There is one other XJ on the SIS team too. Also a EB and CJ. Ill stop over, ill be in my black 99.

generally the swb rigs kicked my ass in class 2. but the club comps are more fun and are more easily doable by the longer wheelbase rigs.

my buddies comanche got owned for the most part, but the other rigs (xj, cj,willys) did pretty amazing on the courses

I am mostly doing it because a friend asked me to, he told me the same thing too. Fun-factor is where its at for me. I enjoy this too much to actually do it competitively. Never know though, I may come out of this and dive right into the RCROCS series....:gee:

It was mostly black with a small red "detour"...

That reminds me... I haven't run Cemetary in a while. I'll have to try a few of those climbs with the Creepies now...:thumbup:
