Ok, this is what I got.....

What is the minimum lift I can get for tires measuring 33/12.5/15?
What is the minimum lift I can get for tires measuring LT265/75/16? I think thats the size, I will make sure tonight.

The reason why I am asking is I still want my jeep to be a daily driver but not destroy my gas mileage, also I already have the 33s and some Jeep OEM 15s, also I have one BFG AT 16 and the rims on my jeep are already 16.

If I elect to go with the BFG 16s with my wheels, I will more then likely put the 33/12.5/15 Maxxis Buckshots up for sale, along with the OEM rims, and also a 3" front push bar that mounts onto a stock front bumper and a chrome stock front bumper. I am in dire need of money right now to catch up on bills.

So this is my situation, what do yall think?

minimum 3.5 imo, but i would go higher...... also depends on the year and if you need to sye or drop or w/e.

having said that i would dig around a do a 4.5" for the 33s

EDIT: dang beat me!!

I ran 33's on 3 inches of lift for a few years with a bit of triming. You will need to make sure to bumpstop properly or they will go into the fender when you flex. I limited my uptravel to maybe 3 inches with that set up, but it will depend on how much you trim. As far as gas mileage gearing will be the biggest diffrence there. 4.56's will get you back to about stock with 33 inch tires
