The more I hear about the stuff going on here in California, the more I want to get out! How bout they cut funding for the damned welfare program!!

Because everything a welfare recipient receives has to be spent; it goes right back into the economy.

The welfare programs are going to be taking a big hit too, and just when we really need them. A lot of good people (not social sponges) are in need of help right now, and we just don't have the means to help....
