Mid axle swap from D30 to D44:

Regearing to 4.88s:

Drives so nice now compared to stock gears and 35s. I should have regeared sooner.

Here is the D44 on. Just need to shorten my front driveshaft and connect the air locker!

Some updates.

Got some Brown Dog motor mounts:

Went to Jeep Beach at Daytona Beach 2 weeks ago and had a blast:

Then a week ago went night riding in the mud. Never again. I'm sticking to trails and rocks. Mud plain sucks specially to clean:

Then went exploring around Miami for rocks and found some:

And then proceeded to get stuck as the A/Ts sucked. Thank goodness for rock rails!

Forgot to mention that I got the locker wired and let's just say it is pretty fun. This was testing everything at Jeep Beach before the events.

I got those same LED strands for rock lights. Here is a sampler

That is only 12 lights, 3 in each wheel well. The remaining 8 I used to replace the stock interior bulbs in the front and rear domes and the front footwells.

That looks awesome! I think I might use all 20 if not most of them for rock lights. I only have 1 in the inner fender but I think I might add another one after seing yours. I'm still in the process of wiring them.

Yea that name died when I put 35s, 4.88s, and trimmed the fenders.

Forgot to mention that finally I have carpet. It did not have carpet since a month after I bought the Jeep, 2 years ago. I sunk it a bit and the carpet was ruined.

Thanks man. Yea I can't change the tittle anymore so it stayed for now.

Right? I also fixed the evaporator and the heater core while I was in there and man it is almost perfect now. Just some little things here and there in the interior.

And to think, I was going to buy it.

The one you have now is coming along though!
