Mike, I would gusset that upper control arm mount! There is a lot of pressure/stress on itwhen flexing. I have a similar mount on my D44 and almost ripped it completely off. In this pic you can see what I was able to do with mine. Just trying to help.

A lot of that has to do with your suspension being a dual Y-link jeephead - but regardless, gusseting the UCA mounts is definitely a good idea.
 
towed 'er home today. My truck HATES towing with the 35's. Definitely looking to drop it back down to the 265's.

looks great man. how close does your diff come to the oil pan when cycling the suspension?
 
Its not bad at all. Sits further to frame rail than oil pan. Once I get it in garage and cycle it ill snap a pic and post it :thumbup:
