Good day at pc, testing out some suspension changes and tube work... Around 30 rigs were out there, some broken axles and a rolled toy on rocks...

Yeah if he still had the 53's it would of cruised over that spot no problem

Thanks.... Rear tube and the rest of belly work should be done by the end of the week so the old crossmember setup will be out and ready for yours. Here is a shot of the new lower tube work. When is all finished it will be skinned with 3/16's and then skinned with umhv...

ive seen all the pics too. badass . thats why i have so much faith in a 30 now.
thats why i got my HP30 gears heat treated and cryod by bobby long, going to truss it like crazy, and have rob set the gears real tight, and will probably call it good with the chromos and the OTK steering.

The hp 30 has held up great but worrying about it every time out sucks. The adapter for toy cases behind the aw4 is on the way and then ill be putting in a fj80 front axle and going back up to 39's. Got some more tube and some paint on it lastnight. The Rear axle still needs moved back a couple inches putting the wb at 110...

Advanced makes a adapter for the nv3550 that will adapt to a toy forward or top shift t-case. Behind the aw4 you will have to use a spacer like if you were going to put a 300 behind the aw4. For the couplers they have 23-23 spline, 21-21 spline and 23-21 spline. The adapter, coupler and hardware is a little over 300.00.

Thats cool I never thought about swapping to pass side drop. Toyota gearing is so much more affordable.

Yeah more affordable lots of gear options, compact design and less weight. Im still looking for a fj80 front axle, so until i find one ill probably just put a toy truck axle under it with the ifs hubs and rotors to get the width i want
