power steering pump Question

2001 XJ Sport, stock, automatic, no mods

If Jeep is in park, motor idling, and power steering pump cap is off, and you turn the steering wheel, should you see the power steering fluid flowing or bubble, or squirting out?

It’s possible, that you would see it “stir” some, as the fluid is being recirculated back into the reservoir. Bubble, not so much as this could mean you have air in your lines. That’s not good. Make sure your fluid level is at the proper fill level as well.
