(Right back at ya :D)

That skydiving exit photo was likely taken by a another skydiver wearing the camera on his helmet, or it was a still from video taken the same way. The camera guy wears a special helmet with both a video camera and a still camera mount. There's a "gunsite" over one eye. Video is usually started just before the helmet is put on, so the entire ride to altitude is videotaped(or at least what ever the cameraman is looking at on the way up) The still camera is triggered by a pad in your mouth. Bite down, take a pic. Exit photos like that are pretty common. While waiting for their turn, they'll photograph anything interesting. When the camera guy goes out the door with his group, he usually climbs out first and hangs either in front of or behind the door, to capture the team exit. They're pretty good at hanging around in some really strange places outside the door. Here's a shot of a cameraman outside, taken by a second cameraman, also outside:

On the subject of pinstriping, all you have to do is put a blob of paint on the surface. Instant pinstripe! :D

And I still think it's weird that they require shoes,...

Captain Obvious says that this picture was probably not taken by a cameraman hanging outside the airframe...
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I didn't mean to imply that the shot was taken from outside the aircraft. I said:
That skydiving exit photo was likely taken by a another skydiver wearing the camera on his helmet, or it was a still from video taken the same way,... ...,Exit photos like that are pretty common,...
Maybe I should have split this part into a separate paragraph, or left it out entirely. It was mainly informational, and I didn't mean to imply that it had anything to do with how/where the "batwing" photo was taken:
When the camera guy goes out the door with his group, he usually climbs out first and hangs either in front of or behind the door, to capture the team exit.
