Possible to get a forum user's e-mail address??

I have a deal in-process with a forum user, who moved recently and...when trying to send a PM I get notice that he is over-limit and, therefore , I can't send a PM.... Thus, is it possible for a Moderator to retrieve his e-mail address and provide it to me so I can contact him??
