The concessions will most likely be at the Pavillion, and its a HUGE one with a concrete floor and such, so they would probably frown on a fire in there. LOL

Yes, they are allowed. I also have a portable fire pit that I can bring if a burn ban is in effect and we have to have enclosed fires.

The '86 XJ bar is not open to minors....and I'm an old fogie who sticks to the rules (depending on how much rum or tequila or how many long island ice teas are involved).

NOT my wedding!!!! That's in May. My boss' daughter is getting married on the 3rd. I don't suppose I could convince EVERYONE to move the Hot Spring's trip to the following weekend just for me?

Hey guys... don't worry right now about the concessions. I will be working all that out. Plus burgers are not high on the list right now. Ok sized cooking surface for sausage and hotdogs... things like that... Coleman stove for the nacho cheez.

I am down for whatever weekend, I am going to make damned sure I can make it. I am so F'ing hyped about ROM. I can't wait. We just really have to advertise it, and hope we get a lot of attendance. We will also need lots of Volunteers!

Lets see how things go... we get 20 people to work it and only 10 rigs compete... Not a good offset.

I plan on working the event, and competing, most likely I will be doing more working than competing. Yeah we need to advertise the hell out of this thing. Do we have like a minimum target number we are shooting for Kurt?
