all this needs to be moved to the proper thread though....IMHO.
Are campfires allowed? Cuz if they are, I can make a grill surface and just set it over a fire. Old school way. :scottm:It's nothing too fancy. Just a plain ole gas grille. I have a nice big stainless steel one, but its not really sized appropriately for transporting around. I figured I would just bring the one I usually carry camping and stuff. Probably about 30 inches wide, and 18 or 20 inches deep.
What if we refuse?:smsoap:If everything works out well, I'll be bringing the '86 XJ bar....ID's are required at the door however.

The concessions will most likely be at the Pavillion, and its a HUGE one with a concrete floor and such, so they would probably frown on a fire in there. LOL
You sound excited to get married! lolSucks that I have to wait for March...that damn wedding in October though...ggrrrrr

The '86 XJ bar is not open to minors....and I'm an old fogie who sticks to the rules (depending on how much rum or tequila or how many long island ice teas are involved).
Hotdogs sound good. Im not diggin d*cks on a stick like you suggested though. lol. j/k! :sure:Hey guys... don't worry right now about the concessions. I will be working all that out. Plus burgers are not high on the list right now. Ok sized cooking surface for sausage and hotdogs... things like that... Coleman stove for the nacho cheez.
I'm in, question is, are you? lolI am down for whatever weekend, I am going to make damned sure I can make it. I am so F'ing hyped about ROM. I can't wait. We just really have to advertise it, and hope we get a lot of attendance. We will also need lots of Volunteers!
