Possible parts train from Sac/Citrus Heights

I may be purchasing some wheels/tires from someone in Citrus heights/Sac
Was wondering if anyone was heading towards the coast or farther down the valley soon?
I live near Oceano/Pismo Dunes area on the Central Coast (approx 15 miles south of Cal Poly/San Luis Obispo, for those that don't know).
Closer the better, but Even if to San Jose/Bay, Salinas, Bako etc. would be easier on me. Let me know. Thank you much.
