does anyone here in the DFW know how to use it? i have a small ATC Gas tank that needs to be coated on the inside. im willing to pay some to have it done.. I will buy the kit just need some one who know how to use it.

Have you checked with the local bike (motorcycle)shops? They usually do it and have the product. If they can batch a couple they do it pretty reasonable... usually

If not they may know a local that does it on the side>>>
