PM Interface question

I noticed I only have "forward" and "quote" buttons when I try to respond to a PM I have received. I don't have a "reply" button, though.

I seem to recall something recently about how different selected color schemes seeming to affect whether you have a "reply" button or not. I use the Red/Gray scheme, though why that should have any bearing on the matter is beyond me.

Can someone explain where the reply button is, please?

There isn't a reply button. Using the quote button, quotes the person's message that they sent to you and automatically puts their name in the "send to" box.
Using the forward button, only quotes the message and does not add any recipents to the "send to box".
