Anyone on here running pitbull tires. I want to get some 39.5x16.5x17 pitbull rockers i just want to see some other rigs with pitbulls on them..

i love the tires design and everything, very aggressive. good for mud and rock.. i will dont be driving on the road unless if its a close trail. i can get a set of the 39.5 for $1300 which is a seal in my opinion. so well see.

We've got two sets (35" and 44") sitting at the shop waiting for a vehicle to go on. From everything I've seen, there isn't anybody who is disappointed with the performance. More and more comp teams are running them. Personally I'm not a fan of massively wide tires, so that kinda kills 'em for me, but they're supposed to work great. Besides, it's nice to see somebody running something other than Krawlers, Creepys, or TSLs.

i had 35's and they were too small. now im at 37 and maybe its just me but they seem too small as well. so thats why i was thinking of 40's or 39.5's ... if you get any of them let me know

I'd be worried about axles running tires that big and heavy. Unless you've got a set of 60's laying around I'd steer clear of Pitbulls (or any tire, for that matter) in the sizes you're talking about.

i got a light foot. went to the con on stock everything except a 4.5" lift, rockers and a locked 35. didnt even bend a stock tie rod, and it was snowing coming up cadillac hill. slick as hell

so you ran 37's on stock axles and gears?

no 4.88 gears. I had 35's but needed moving money so i sold the beadlocks are 35's. I got the 37's for free so i just bought steelies.. And for the wheeling, ive had this 44 and 9" for quite sometime now and im just waiting to gather some money to throw them in. It was never wheeled with 37's only a tiny bit with the 35's
