"Photoshoot" ;-) lol.. I was picking up my Camaro from Bimmerwerks here in West Chester, PA (don't ask) and Bam's purple Lambo was there. I haven't seen the blue one in a while? Anyway, for those who care here are photos of my Camaro and Bam's Lambo lol..

Nikon D2x, 50mm 1.8, ISO 100, Aperture Priority (I switched between f1.8 to f9.0 on the photos):

FWIW: His Gallardo is only 5 tenths of a second faster than my Camaro... as it stands now. Once I get some long tubes, new suspension, re-tune I should be with him, then heads/cam and I will be faster ;-) But no biggie.

Maybe in the 1320. But, after that he would destroy you. His aerodynamics and suspension make all the difference once you come up to speed. Sorry but even a nasty LS1 would lose beyond a 1/4 mile race. Fast is one thing but your car can't handle. That's the difference.

AHAHAHA!
Duct tape and sharpie for a front license plate.
Lambos are overrated. I'd rather own a Ferrari or a Maserati. :D

i wasn't dumping. i love FBodies..had many of them. Just wanted to point out the being faster in a short distance doesn't make it equal. Sorry if it seemed that way man.

I agree, the Camaro is a Camaro, the Lambo is a Lambo. It's like comparing Apples and Horses.

Too lazy to type, so you get copy & paste lol...

Performance:
SLP Loudmouth Dual Exhaust with single 3" tips, Stainless Works 3" Y pipe, Moroso Cold Air Intake, Trick Flow air intake elbow.

Drivetrain:
700R4, 3.73's and Auburn Posi

Exterior Modifications:
17x9" Cragar Bullitt Replica's, 275/40R17 rear & 245/40R17 front Sumitomo HTR Z's, black painted Berger Panel & SLP Camaro SS spoiler, rear smoked side markers, Hella 90mm projector modules (low beams) & Hella 90mm Free Form modules (high beams), Hella custom 12 gauge headlight wiring harness with relays and fuses.

Electronics:
Parrot Rhythm n'Blue Bluetooth headunit, Rockford speakers, Uniden Pro 520XL CB radio with PA system, Garmin Street Pilot GPS, Cobra Radar Detector, etc.

Over winter I've since upgraded the braking to larger cross drilled and slotted rotors, high performance severe duty pads, new o2 sensors. I'm also building the suspension for the Philadelphia SCCA as I'll be doing Solo Auto-X this next season. So it's getting Eibach lowering springs (1.3") and valved Bilstein shocks, not to mention most the rubber bushings are being replaced, though I am shying away from poly due to squeaks... So it will corner once I am through with it.

Some vid's here of the Camaro for those who care..

And the funny thing is.. PA does NOT require front license plates... :confused1

No engine work?

You know f-bodies, right? Not much work required to make 'em go fast :) I was debating on doing heads/cam, but I don't really need it for Auto-X. I have plenty of power as it stands.

That is one of the few cars that looks bitchin in purple.

corrected that for ya

but nice rides either way, a place for everything, and everything in its place.

Still. Even a cam/long tubes and a tune would wake that car up. Least long tubes and a tune. They are nice stock but, once you've driven a bolt on car, you'll be hooked.

Completely agreed. My ex drives a basically stock, 6 speed, black on black, '01 Trans-Am WS6. I was teaching her to drive stick in that car. I love it (Back when we both were 100% stock):

LS1 versus LT1 is dramatic enough! But add an M6 versus 4L60e or 700R4 and that's another notch. THEN, add some bolt ons and look out.. smile ear to ear

so what happened to the roof?
