Unlicensed drivers, lack of registration or any proof of ownership (and it comes up in the system as belonging to someone else) bench warrants, etc are the usual reason

When I lived on Long Island... my buddies were always trying to get me to go to the bars and parties with them....
Not because they enjoyed my company, but because they knew that they could drink as much as they wanted and I would get them home in one piece....
The bartenders were friends of ours and I drank for free...; since I was the appointed Duty Driver i drank all the Cokes or Pepsi's I wanted !!!!
